PROformance 12
PROformance 12 is a complete fortified and balanced textured grain mix specially designed for high-performance horses, mares and foals that provides essential proteins, minerals and vitamins for optimal nutrition. High-quality grain sources are used to provide the amino acids required for continual muscle function and development, maximum nutrient utilization and exceptional palatability.
- A coarse textured grain concentrate, often referred to as “sweet feed”
- Provides the energy and protein required to repair muscles, enhance endurance and performance
- Balanced calcium to phosphorus ratio to help strengthen bones and frame
- High levels of vitamins to enhance the immune response, improve hair coat, body condition and over-all health

- A blend of cane molasses and food-grade vegetable oil is added to benefit texture, improve palatability and increase energy content
- Fortified with essential macro minerals, vitamins and trace minerals to support a strong skeletal system, stimulate the immune system and promote health
- Fortified with yeast culture to improve digestibility of grain and forage allowing the horse to get more nutritional value from its feed
- Includes a mycotoxin binder to “trap or bind” toxins produced by molds. Toxins are expelled via manure and are never absorbed into the bloodstream
- Only U.S. Number 2 corn is used by Producer Feeds --- damaged grain or corn screenings are not permitted in the plant
- Oats used at Producer Feeds must exceed United State Department of Agriculture Number 2 standards. All oats are recleaned, aspirated and screened to remove any impurities prior to use.

Feeding Directions
When Producer PROformance 12 is a fortified grain concentrate. Fed as directed, no additional vitamin or mineral supplements are needed. Feed to mature horses at a rate of 0.5-1.5 lbs. per 100 lbs. of body weight. Feed intake should be adjusted according to work intensity, body condition and forage quality and availability.
All Producer horse feeds should be fed with liberal quantities of good quality hay and/or pasture and free-choice salt. Provide clean, fresh water at all times.
Store in a clean, dry place protected from insects and rodents. Never feed moldy or insect-infested feed to horses as it may cause illness, abortion of death.
